Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any goods from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our goods, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
We offer you a 45 days buyer protection which means if your item is not delivered within 45 days period after shipping day, we issue a refund on the item you purchased.
We do not issue refund for any items that are in transit. Once your order item has shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled. If you have any issue with item(s) you received, please contact us after receiving the item(s) within 5-days of arriving.
You can cancel your order only before the item shipment. Once your order item has shipped, items can no longer be canceled.
How to cancel your order
Contact email@example.com to cancel your order. We may be unable to cancel your order in case your item is already shipped out when you contact. Shipments are created anytime within 2-5 days when you place an order for in stock items.
Out of stock item(s)
Your order may be cancelled at any time when the item(s) is out of stock. We will issue a full refund on the item due to the cancellation.
Damaged and defective items
Any defective item or item damaged during transit can be exchanged for a replacement or a replacement part of the same item. Depending on the issue, we may offer you a partial refund or full refund will be applied, or we may ask you to return the item for a refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
We would request that you email pictures of your broken or defective item to help us determine what exactly is wrong with the item. Please request within 5 days of receiving your order item. All the evidence in regarding any order issue should be provided within 5-days of arriving.
The following issues do not qualify as a defective product:
Minor painting issues
*Please be informed that for the condition of the box, we can not 100% guarantee that item box will be arriving in a perfect condition. If it's a major damage, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for the issue.
In events of return or lost item(s)
There may be risk of your item(s) loss during transit or returning item(s) by the post office or shipping carrier.
Lost item(s) druing transit - If we confirm that your item(s) is lost during transit, we would contact customer via email for re-sending the same item or a refund.
Returned item(s) by the post - If the item(s) is returned by the post, we will we resend the item if applicable.
We will arrange to resend the same item(s) in the following case,
If we do not get any reply within 7 days after contacting the customer.
When we are unable to reach out due to invalid email address or no email address is provided.
*Please note that we are unable to issue refund after the item is dispatched from our warehouse.

When the same item is out of stock.
Re-send item is returned by the post office or a shipping carrier, or theitem is lost in transit.
Refused and undeliverable shipments
There are some cases that item(s) can not be shipped to certain address. If the item is undeliverable due to such as incorrect address or any reason that the the item is undeliverable, we will issue a refund for the item(s) you purchased.
Wrong shipping address Unfortunately we cannot change the shipping address for orders that have already gone out, and your package is ineligible for the post office package intercept due to an international package. We will not issue a refund on the items that delivered to the wrong address where had been entered incorrectly by customers.
Product Pricing In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a full refund on the item(s).
When is refund issued? After a refund is processed on your order, it usually takes 5 business days to process to be seen on your bank account. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of your payment. Please check your inbox to find a refund notification email.
Stolen package Unfortunately we are not responsible for any stolen items after delivered. You have the responsibility to take care of item(s) once the order is delivered. Refund to a closed credit card or account
Refund is issued to a closed bank account: If your bank account is closed, the funds will stay in a limbo, waiting to be paid at the bank level. You must contact your issuing bank to arrange alternative method to receive funds via check, cash, etc.
Refund is issued to a cancelled credit card: If your customer has the same card issuer and bank account, then funds will be credited to that account. If you have yet to see the credit, please contact financial institution by calling the phone number on the back of their card.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Our policy lasts 25 days. If 25 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we
can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you
received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All merchandise returned to Dday34Store must be in the original packaging with all original items
accompanying the merchandise. If the originally packaging is not available, pack your item
securely using a replacement box and proper packaging to ensure the device is well
protected. The return address will vary based on product but will be included in the return
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your
purchase back to the manufacturer.
Purchases made during any promotional sale are final and cannot be refunded or returned
unless there is a manufacturer defect.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will

exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
